Since 1979, we have been engaged in the research and manufacture of bearings used in aviation industry.
The tapered roller bearing is a separable bearing, meaning its inner ring, outer ring, and roller assembly (cage and rollers) can be mounted separately. Its core characteristics stem from its unique geometric design: both the rollers and raceways are conical, and the apexes of all cones converge at a common point on the bearing axis. The aerospace industry imposes extreme and demanding requirements on bearings: utmost lightweight design, ultra-high reliability, resistance to high and low temperatures, adaptability to vacuum environments, and long life with minimal maintenance. Due to their unique advantages, tapered roller bearings have found indispensable applications in certain critical parts of spacecraft.
Deep groove ball bearings serve as the “joints” of an aircraft, found throughout its power, transmission, control, and landing systems. Although they may not face the extreme vacuum and cold welding issues typical in spacecraft applications, they operate under equally severe conditions—high speed, heavy load, high temperature, and uncompromising flight safety requirements. Behind them lies the ultimate expression of materials science, tribology, heat treatment, and precision manufacturing technology.
A rod end self-lubricating spherical plain bearing integrates a spherical plain bearing into a threaded rod end body. This key self-lubricating design makes it especially suited for the challenging conditions of the aviation industry, including poor maintenance access, high loads, and low-speed oscillating movements.
Flanged Self-Lubricating Spherical Plain Bearings integrate self-lubricating functionality with a flanged mounting structure. As a ready-to-install component, they require no additional lubrication systems and enable easy fixation via mounting holes on the flange. These bearings are widely used in industrial applications involving oscillating, rotating, or tilting motions, particularly where maintenance is challenging or cleanliness is critical.
Self-lubricating Spherical Plain Bearings, due to their core advantages of "maintenance-free, resistant to extreme environments, and lightweight", have a very wide range of applications. They have long surpassed the aerospace field and have permeated into almost all industrial sectors that require rotation or oscillation, but where maintenance is difficult or the environment is harsh.
Angle contact ball bearings (ACBBs) play a critical role in the aerospace industry. They excel in high-speed performance, high precision, low vibration, combined load-carrying capacity, high-temperature resistance, and long service life. From landing gears to flight control systems and helicopter rotors, angle contact ball bearings ensure the smooth operation and precise positioning of key aerospace systems, thanks to their outstanding performance and reliability.
Cylindrical Roller Bearings, with their high radial load capacity, relatively high-speed capability, and excellent stiffness, occupy an irreplaceable position in the aerospace field. They form a functional complement to ball bearings (point contact, handling both radial and axial loads) and spherical roller bearings (self-aligning capability, heavy load).
Self-lubricating tapered pins are critical components in aircraft, widely used to accommodate precise micro-movements or angular misalignments under high load without requiring maintenance lubrication.
